Jackie B. Majors joined Crystal Stairs, Inc. in 2009. As the CEO, she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization and for setting the agency’s strategic vision and direction. Jackie has more than 25 years of professional and instructional experience in early care and education.

Dr. Angelo Williams is a father to Jonathan, husband to Jocelyn. For over 20 years, Angelo has made a career as an educator and executive leader serving as Chief of Staff in the California State Assembly, Deputy Director of the California Black Health Network, Legislative Director at the California Student Aid Commission, Assistant Executive Director at the California School Boards Association, Program Officer at the WK Kellogg Foundation (Michigan), and Governor’s Appointee and Assistant Vice Chancellor at the California Community College Chancellor's Office.

As the Program Officer for First 5 Orange County, Andrew's responsibilities include supporting the OC Fatherhood Coalition, and database administration for the CalWORKs Home Visitation Program.
Dara Griffin

Dara Griffin is a dedicated advocate for father engagement with over a decade of experience supporting fathers and families. As the Principal Consultant and Trainer for DDG Training & Consulting, and a consulting contributor to the Alameda County Fathers Corps, Dara collaborates with First 5 Alameda County and system partners to develop Father-Friendly services and promote respectful, authentic engagement.
