LEARNING OBJECTIVES
ICYMI: With the unsuccessful banning of menthol tobacco products in the U.S., millions of Americans continue to suffer from the devastating impact of smoking and vaping-related diseases. Health communicators are now grappling with the challenge of addressing the ongoing marketing of harmful tobacco products and helping those currently addicted to nicotine embark on their quit journey.
As health communicators, our campaigns can motivate audiences to make another quit attempt. Our campaigns must showcase that lasting change is achievable and provide a clear roadmap for individuals seeking effective quitting strategies.
In this complimentary, one-hour webinar, experts at Rescue Agency will share evidence-based strategies for efficiently implementing impactful smoking cessation campaigns that move beyond demographics to speak to the audience’s personal motivations to quit.
Our experts will show you how we’ve successfully promoted state quitlines to achieve an average 850% year-over-year increase in quitline enrollments. You'll learn how to:
- Move away from commercial marketing tactics to motivate behavior change.
- Create specific communications based on the audience’s psychographics, not just demographics, including those using menthol.
- Develop tailored messaging strategies that are personally relevant and urgently empowering to drive quitline calls and enrollments.
